assignments where students practice presenting an
idea (treatments, pitching), bid out a project
(invoicing, how to calculate project fees &
rates), and self-promotion (reels, portfolios,
websites, film festivals). We'll also discuss
dealing with clients, representation, working
with others, how to protect your work/self, and
work/life balance. Additionally students will be
encouraged to bring in any questions they have
about the working world.
