INTUITIVE ANIMATION WORKSHOP
Lip sync and working with sync; character design;
layout; working with screen space; walk cycles;
anticipation; stretch and squash; basic film
language; use of loops, keys and in-betweens;
ramping; cleaning up; handing off; devising a
sequence; storyboarding - this is an experimental
animation workshop class that covers, in a series
of short assignments, basic animation techniques;
and aims to help students improve their animation
skills and develop their own way of working.
We work with TVPaint and After Effects. No prior
knowledge of TVPaint is required: the class will
teach you the basics of TVPaint if you're not
already familiar with it.
