Description
This course is the second part of a two-semester required sequence. We will use Pro Tools for sound editing, design, and mix preparation. The course is an opportunity to build on and expand recording, sound editing and design techniques learned in the fall semester. Students will develop a plan for the post-production and final mixes of their first-year shorts or second-year shorts. By the end of the course, each student will have acquired the skills needed to conceptualize, design, edit, and mix a complete soundtrack for their first-year short.
