Description
The goal of this course is to help Character

animation, with a focus on events like CalArts
Animation Portfolio Day, and other similar
industry-focused career fairs. We'll discuss best
practices for portfolios/reels, resumes and cover
letters, and hear from industry professionals
about the ever-evolving landscape of the job
search. Being prepared can have a memorable
impression on hiring managers, recruiters, agents
or artistic leads. We will have 1:1 time to help
students refine their personal voice as they
prepare for applying to internships, trainee /
apprenticeships, entry level or freelance jobs.
