Description
This course teaches students the fundamentals of
how to collaboratively write screenplays for
animated network television. "The Writers' Room"
will be modeled from a real-life network
television writers' room scenario. The teacher
will provide instruction, as well as oversee and
give feedback on each step of the process the
students engage in: working collaboratively,
brainstorming, drafting, revising, table reads,
and more. Students will work on two script
projects for the semester (approximately 5-6 weeks
per 11-minute script).
