Short Story Workshop

This is a workshop devoted primarily to writing and workshopping short stories, with several opportunities to share your work and receive feedback on it over the course of the semester. In addition, students will read assigned short stories and will come to class prepared to participate in a discussion of the readings every week. We will also do in-class writing exercises. The focus of this class will be to practice short story writing and play with various writing, as well as to study form and content through our weekly readings of international and American authors.
