Street Dance Styles and Perspectives

The course will provide students with foundational knowledge and practical experience in a variety of street dance styles, including Krump, Waving, Tutting, and Poppin'. It aims to explore the cultural significance, technical execution, and creative expression within these street dance forms. Students will develop proficiency in each style, understand their historical context, and gain the ability to incorporate street styles into their own movement practice and choreography.
