WI - Winter Session

In this Winter Session course, students will dive into the art of immersive world-building and storytelling. Leveraging ideas from museums, theme parks, experiential design, and narrative media, this course will explore concrete strategies and tactics used to build compelling, believable, imaginative worlds - both real and fictional. Working individually and in teams, generative exercises will help students practice these strategies in the service of creating worlds and narratives that deepen audience engagement, champion diverse voices, and propose transformative experiences.
