This course is the next course in the series after
Production Management I (offered in Fall).
Production Management II delves into very specific
details about production management. Topics
include: International and Domestic Touring,
Writing and Interpreting Tech Riders, Human
Resources and Entertainment Safety and Risk
Assessment. This class will be primarily lecture
based class that uses a combination of research
materials and practical examples to explore the
topics listed above. By the end of the class
students will have a well-rounded understanding of
these topics and a better understanding of what
all goes into being a successful production
manager.
