Lighting Design I - Plotmaking

The primary goal of this course is to create
theatrical lighting plots and paperwork from a
lighting idea. Students will begin the process of
lighting design by formulating a lighting
concept. Lighting ideas will worked out through
extensive work-sheeting. A complete set
paperwork, including lighting plot, section,
hookup, instrument schedule, magic sheets, and
shop orders shall then be generated from these
ideas.
