A number of scene painting techniques will be
taught with specific projects weekly. They will
include: applied 3D textures, aging and
distressing, color glazes and washes, faux wood
grain, faux marble and cartooning/drawing/layout.
Within each week of instruction the tools and
materials used will be explained and
demonstrated. The focus will be on waterbased
products commonly used in scene painting for
theater, film, television and theme parks.
