Description

Course open to BFA2 students only.
The Alexander Technique is a method of
self-discovery, which explores how we ''use
ourselves'' in ordinary activity - how we walk,
sit, stand, breathe, speak, react to stress.
Learning about our own habits allows us to
gradually free ourselves of our unconscious
patterns that interfere with our natural
coordination and spontaneity. The actor will move
toward a state of psycho-physical well-being so
important for imaginative growth and the
development of his means of expression.
