FS - Fall & Spring

This course will develop fundamental skills in course planning and classroom management for arts learning and working with today's diverse student populations. Students will learn methods for inclusive pedagogy, approaches to curriculum development that is equity-minded, and strategies for developing a classroom environment that strengthens students' sense of belonging and personal accomplishment. This course will contribute to preparation for teaching at the K-12 and postsecondary levels.
