Description
A further exploration of tonal structure,
including harmonic prolongation, chromatic
harmony, tritone substitutions, third relations
and modulations to distantly related keys.
Musical examples are drawn from the Western
classical, jazz and popular traditions.
Keyboard testing outside of the scheduled class
times is required and will be scheduled in
consultation with instructor.
Access to a piano musical keyboard with full sized
keys is required. Approx $120
