Description
User Experience Design: Ideation and Prototyping
In this course, Creative Technology students will
learn how to apply User Experience Design (UX)
methods to generate ideas for innovative products
and experiences that are delivered with an eye
towards usability, accessibility, and delight.
During the class, students will use design
thinking practices such as user research and
synthesis, ideation exercises, rapid prototyping,
and testing to develop and refine their projects.
In addition to the creation of two
products/experiences, students will learn how to
document their processes as part of a professional
UX portfolio.
