Digital Recording Studio

Course open to BFA3 or BFA4 Music School students
only, by Permission of Instructor only.
A course designed for qualified students to gain
facility in using the School of Music Digital
Recording Studio. Students will learn current
techniques and principles of sound recording and
production. Topics may include: basic acoustics,
microphones and microphone placement, the
automated mixing console, signal processing, and
editing and assembly using a digital audio
workstation.
