At Practicum and Performance

The goal of this course will be to explore the
Alexander Technique and how
it applies to musicians. The course will focus on
two main topics: learning
about the Technique and discovering how musicians
can use the
Technique to reduce practice and performance
related injuries. Students
will have the opportunity to bring in their work
and explore practice and
performance related issues in a supportive,
coaching style environment
that directly applies the Technique.
