Installation Design for Film and Art

A course on site specific film and art
installation design. Students will be encouraged
to design site specific installations without
financial limitations, that is, from CalArts room
D301 to the Guggenheim. These designs will
include architectural plans with mockups, list and
cost of equipment and materials needed, and an
artist statement. Each student will present at
least two different speculative installation
designs.
