Special Topics: Bunny Jazz

Taught by Shoji Yamasaki, MFA 2 in Choreography.
This course introduces a concoction of bunny body
language and jazz techniques that emphasize on
developing body awareness with correct alignment
and spatial awareness, including but not limited
to body coordination, flexibility, and strength,
through various locomotive movements, bunny
gestures, and stylized rhythmic choreography. We
will warm up and stretch for the first half of the
class and will learn a combination for the second
half of the class, that will accumulate for 4
weeks and change to a new song. Open to all
levels. Bunny ears and tails are optional.
