Institute Dance Composition

This course, taught by Graduate Teaching
Assistants, provides an experimental approach to
composition through the lens of movement and
dance. No prior experience in dance is required.
Through movement explorations and creative problem
solving, students will investigate core concepts
of dance composition. Students will participate in
critique and discussion of composition studies.
This course is open to the institute; please
register for the correct corresponding section for
undergraduate and graduate students (001 is for
undergraduate students and 501 is for graduate
students).
