Required for BFA3 students in Graphic Design.
Imagemaking I provides a structure for an
introduction to essential image-making materials
and techniques. The course is centered on the
divide between hand and digital processes and
styles, and offers a platform to explore and
experiment in all directions and combinations.
Image I pays close attention to current trends in
art and graphic design for inspiration and
resistance. The course is fast paced and designed
to be an starting point for working processes
that can be mastered later in Imagemaking II
and/or independently.
