Apparel Design: Salvage Self

As we look to reduce the apparel industry's
environmental impact and
carbon footprint, this workshop explores how to
salvage the old to create
new. Through recycled materials, natural dye
processes, deconstruction /
reconstruction, you will have the ability to make
completely custom
garments or bring back to life an old favorite.
Students will be exposed to
relevant practioners, industry trends and
applications. Refer to the School
of Art for basic required supplies needed for this
class.
