Open to BFA1 and BFA2 Art Program students only.
Open to BFA3 and BFA4 Art Program students by
Permission of Instructor.
Digital Skills for Artists provides hands-on,
conceptual projects to integrate Mac and Adobe
software skills with individual studio practice
and critical thinking. Working on project driven
assignments involving topic research and
development of themes, students create wide-format
posters and a French-fold perfect bound artist's
book or zine. This course is for first or second
year students in the institute with little or
limited Mac and software experience. This course
may be repeated for credit and counts toward a
student's elective requirement for the Digital
Arts Minor.
