Description

Open to BFA1 and BFA2 Art School students only. Open to others by Permission of Instructor.

Digital Skills for Artists provides hands-on,
conceptual projects to integrate Mac and Adobe
software skills with individual studio practice
and critical thinking. Working on project driven
assignments involving topic research and
development of themes, students create wide-format posters and a French-fold perfect bound artist's book or zine.

This course is for first or second year students in the School of Art with little or limited Mac and software experience. This course may be repeated for credit and counts toward a student's elective requirement for the Creative Computing Minor.
