altered state, a weekly experiment in ecstasy,
terror and the ten thousand emotional gradients
between. An eclectic hopscotch through the length
and breadth of film history. We will sample the
intoxicating pleasures of narrative and
experimental, silence and sound, the purple and
the prosaic, melodrama and realism, the maximal
and the minimal, the blunt and the mysterious.
