This course aims to introduce students to the rich culinary and musical traditions of Turkey through taste, sound, and performance. Students will have the opportunity to delve into the social and historical aspects of food and music in general, as well as to experience first-hand key historical moments of both cultural realms as they pertain to Turkish cultural heritage.
